How upgrade from Standard to Ultimate BF1?

Is it possible to upgrade from the standard edition of BF1 (for PC) to the Ultimate? Someone bought the standard edition for me but I want all the DLC, etc. It was said a while ago on here that an option to do so would be made available and I was wondering whether that was out yet.

EDIT: I now see that there are options to upgrade to Deluxe and then buy the Premium Pass but that costs $75 whereas the Ultimate Edition is only $60 more (on sale, $70 normally)
