I have already purchased premium. I would like to know where the option to buy, or pay to unlock, any weapons/accessories/gadgets/etc. I would also like to know how much they might cost.

You don't "buy" weapons in Battlefield 4. The only ways to get weapons are by unlocking them. Attachments that are associated with the country the weapon was made in can be unlocked by using that gun but other attachments will have to be unlocked through battlepacks. Hope this answers your question!
EDIT: If you're referencing "shortcut" packs where you can buy your way through the classes, then I don't think they are in BF4 yet.
