I am not able to purchase gun even though I have appropriate rank and war bonds.

@CredibleHulk Hey, I know we've seen similar behaviour with some older games. 2 things usually help. One is to simply wait for a while, the system should catch its error and sync up. 

Past this you can try playing a full match and see if you can then access the appropriate unlocks.

I have played several match to completion including  a 45 min Operations game. 

You say I should wait until synced ? What I do not understand is if you look at my screen shot you will see I am at rank 1 in support but rank 1 guns are not unlocked ?

Wait, you need to be rank 2 to buy rank 1 guns? That's extremely confusing. I was sitting here thinking my game was bugged. I'm almost rank 2, so I hope they unlock then.

@LostCruz You start at rank zero for each class, so you need to play for a bit before geting the first-tier items.

On the class customize menu in the top left you'll see a bar with your current class rank and your next rank. As long as the left hand number matches your desired class unlock it should be available. 

That said, we have had some reports of this not working properly, so if you have this issue some screenshots of it would be very helpful. 

I think in most cases you can just wait/keep playing and it should unlock in time, but I'd like to gather more info if possible. 

@LostCruz That's great, a perfect example.

So on your in-game customize menu are you still unable to buy some of the Tier 2 Support weapons? Even if they appear to be still locked can you try the purchase?

The Companion does have a few issues (some items are missing,it can reset loadouts) as well as the desync. Thanks for the extra info. 

@EA_David Turns out that the problem might be in displaying my rank, both in game, online as in the companion. While the game told me I was already rank 1 medic, at a certain time I got a notification saying I just was promoted to rank 1 medic. The same might hold for my support rank. So the bug might not be in the weapon unlocks, but in the rank display.
