That is because they have not sent anything about the Beta yet. There is no confirmed time for the Beta yet, but you should receive info when it is released.
As far as the Alpha, that has been over for some time now. Being part of the Battlefield Insider did not help your chances to get into the Alpha, it had absolutely no effect on Alpha participation. Alpha invite codes were generated completely randomly.
