i bought a cd key and put it in banded account

i was hacking before so i get band for ever today i bought another key and put it in my banded account  but it still not working and said  your solider banded

    Support can not do anything to help you with this problem as they do not handle bans or can remove used game codes. 

    If you what to appeal your ban, please send an email to accountdisputes@ea.com and follow this steps here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/.

    As for your already banned account, putting new keys in will not unban your account and it will still stay banned no matter what you add to it. The only way to have it unbanned is to email the TOS team and please note just by emailing them there is no guarantee you will be unbanned and as you said it yourself that you were cheating dont hope for much.

    As for the game code, it is used and can not be removed from your account. Game codes can only be used for one account and are a one time only thing, once used up they are tied to that account and can not be removed and transferred to another account, sorry.
