I bought Battlefield 1, but it won't let me play without EA Access?

I bought the digital version of Battlefield 1 ages ago. Now when I go to play it it tells me I need to renew EA Access. Surely I can play it without renewing if I own it?

Hey @theoallen1234,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

If you own the digital version of Battlefield 1, you should be able to play it.

Have you made sure that the full game is installed on your platform?

If so, try doing a fresh uninstall/reinstall of Battlefield 1, and making sure that you can launch it and play it.
