I bought Battlefield 4 and it won't show up in my games section in origin?

There is nothing in my order history on gamestop, nor origin. It successfully charged my gift card, gave me the redemption code, I activated it, it said it was successfully activated, and now I can't find it in the games tab in origin. Someone help.
