Make sure the code is correct. If it still says invalid you will have to contact Amazon as they have sold you a product that doesn't work.

EA doesn't have to correct any misconduct on the part of an Amazon seller. EA simply does not support the resale of used games. Amazon, the coordinating part of the operation, is well aware of that EA policy.
