Have you tried port-forwarding in your router?
If you are playing on PC, please enable the following online ports on your connection:
TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 17502, 20000-20100, 22990, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300
In order to see how to port-forward these ports for your router, click here and select your router model.

Forwarded all of the ports to my static IP, restarted my computer and my modem, attempted to join multiple servers, but still nothing.
It still just says "You were disconnected from EA Online [1]". This is ridiculous.
Try outcome : http://outcome.nofate.me/ . It's like origin but it don't takes that much memory. Try turn it on and then join the servers. Peace!
