I cannot play the game. Campaign or Multiplayer!!!!

Can sopmeone please help me. I cannot play singleplayer or mltiplayer.  I keep getting error that says. It says launching Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe and then goes to a Green EA ICON in the taskbar that says" We're sorry, an error has occurred"

" We are unable to connect to EA servers to activiate Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe on this computer using your account. Please try again later. This is has been ongoing since launch.

I just want to get into the damn game. I am about to get my money refunded. I have the minimum requirements and I am running the latest Nvida Drivers. I turned off firewall and did a clean boot as suggested. I have a direct network connection to my PC.
