I cannot redeem my Product code

Recently I've purchased Battlefield Bad Company 2 . When I am tring to redeem its product code , the origin says " We're sorry this product code cannot be redeemed here . Please redeem your code at following site : https://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do . 

When I tried to redeem my product code there , It also said We're sorry this product code cannot be redeemed here . Please redeem your code at following site : https://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do . 

Both of those links are same when I am tring to redeem at Origin software it asks me to redeem at https://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do link and when i try redeem it on that link it also said try redeem here https://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do

Please Help me
