(TheCuddlyAddict) I am Having the same problem. I accomplished those tasks but the game still would not launch. The Ping does not load, nor does my favourites or the score of the match. I think that it is unfair that I paid a heckload of money just for it to not work. And the best part is that I have run the game before. I hoe that EA makes time on thier schedule for poeple having technical problems. I understand that Yyou have a limited amount of time but I hope to hear something bieng done about this problem. I would expect service for money.
