I can't disable the "Allow people to see that I'm playing" option in privacy settings. Ich can uncheck it and save but none of my friends can see me in Battlelog as online and after relogging the
"Allow people to see that I'm playing" option is enabled again.

Remove all of your stored cookies for Battlelog, alternatively try to disable the setting via another internet browser.
