I cant download BF4 CTE

I now try to download bf4 cte since 2 days but im stuck at ~20%. To find out whats going on i recordet the download and i found out that the game is resetting itself from ~23% back to ~18% (thats 1 G...

Have you tried to restart the download?

I had mine restart 3 times... The upload will stop, then start over again from 0% 
And my upload is slow, any ideas on how to speed it up?
