i cant download ps4 battlefield 4

Hi after purchasing new ps4 and using the same account, i couldnt download battlefield 4 please advice

Do you own the game as disc or did you buy it digital on the old PS4?

it was digital copy, BF4 and BF hardline

    @Mr--Nemesis3 did you set this new PS4 to be your "primary PS4" again?

    Maybe that makes a difference to grand access to certain things you owned.

    Also what happens if you click on it again? Does it bring you to the store? If yes, can you from.there just try to download again?
