Right, I just got a notification when I went on BF3, then when I went on the dashboard it had a tile about the BF4 exclusive beta on the games section. After selecting that tile it takes you to a menu with BF stuff and a tile in the top right corner says BF4 Exclusive Beta, select that to download it. Hope this helps you guys.
