I own all the BF Hardline DLC - I purchased the Premium Edition back in 2015. I haven't played for about 6 months - and just reinstalled the game. The problem is - one of the DLC (Robbery) is showing as not owned. I definitely own it and cannot join the only PC server that is populated without it being installed. I have tried to use EA help to connect to a human to resolve this problem -But I can't get past the BOT.
Somebody please help!!!!
I did a bit of online digging and found a tweet saying that EA plan to remove the PS4 and Xbox versions of Robbery from May 22nd 2026. This does not effect the PC version - well it seems that EA have chosen to delete my purchase of Robbery - I'm using a PC to play Battlefield.
I finally got through to a human, twice- but they refused to reinstate the DLC - I was unable to prove that I had purchased the DLC - but I own all the other dlc - so I spent over 2 hours trying to convince them that I had played Hardline Robbery years before it appeared on Gamepass - very frustrating. EA - you really are the pits!
