i can't get Jet Fighter Ribbons

i have enough kill 59rank but no Jet Fighter Ribbons just only one ！ i can't get UCAV！！！！

Me too maybe both of us can boost like I kill you 15 times then you kill me 15 with your friends so we won't get 2/4 players here's a tips dice said you suck at flying use a gunship the easy part me and your friends

Me also. I have the following:
Attack Jets 14 kills
Stealth Jets 18 kills.
I do have 1 jet fighter ribbon.
The math doesn't add up. WTF?
I only play on ranked servers. so ??????????
