I can't Log In into My Accounts since a month ago

Dear everyone, 

I'm using my 2nd account because my primary account was not able to Log In to either Origin or EA App now. 

I've been struggling to find a valid solution from EA about my problems since a month ago

Last time contacted EA_Help about 3 hours ago to get some help and was able to Log in at that time. 

Went from my Office to my Home, opened my Laptop, and tried to Log in at Origin or EA App with NO LUCK. 

I was not able to Log In again after 3 hours. 

Can someone give me a valid answer/solution for this? I can't deal with random Log In errors like this any longer since I was not able to play games (all of my games are in my primary accounts above).

    @1_2042_BF__5 To confirm what message do you get with your primary accounts when trying to sign into Origin or EA App?
  • Hello sorry for the late reply, been busy for a few days. 

    I always got an error like "your credentials are incorrect or have expired, please try again or reset your password"

    I Log In from my Wi-Fi, my Mobile Data, and my Office Wi-Fi yet the results are still the same. 

    I've already contacted EA help, and they always did the same step to solve my problems, 

    In the end, the problem still exists.

    Any update about this? 

    The issue still occurs, now every time I want to Log In using EA App, I need to reset my password for every Log In attempt.
