I cant log on to my battlefield4 stats on the app

I can not and never have been able to see my battlefield 4 stats on the battlefield app

Hi I'm on ps4 but it's the app is the problem I don't have a different account I can view bf1 fine , but it comes up with this

Thank you @Hughes-r-27 for this screenshot. Have you tried to reinstall the app on your phone? Can you view your stats on PC?

    I have reinstalled the app and I have tried on pc, but no matter what I do I still can't see them , there are other people on the battlefield facebook page who have experienced the ssme.

      Hello @Hughes-r-27 

      You are playing both Battlefield 1 and 4 on the same console with the same account? You might need to get in touche with EA Advisers directly on this, since we  can`t manage individual players accounts on our forum. Keep us posted.

        I'm having the same problem but when I try to log into my ea account for the same email as my xbox account all my stuff disappears like I've never played battlefield before,  any of them. All I want to do is check out my stats and mess with my load out/emblem
