i cant play battlefield 1 unless i sign into a different microsoft account

the battlefield games that i own (1 and 4) both arent loading on my pc, i was reading threads and seen to try a temp microsoft account and the game worked on that but still not my main account, i dont really wanna sign into a different account to play 2 games in particular
