Hi, I bought BF1 5 days ago and I had a chance t play multiplayer only 1 time.

Now i try to connect to multiplayer but when i launch the game I'm already offline.

I don't have this problem on other EA games or games at all.

I don't know what to do please help me

  • Finally I was able to play multiplayer today (after more than 2 weeks).

. Anyway, first match: black screen bug (I could see only players' names). Second match: all OK.

Yestersay I reset my router by holding the  reset-button for 10 seconds, because my internet was going down every 5-10 minutes.

However EA support told me that I had to wait till Friday (today) for a solution of my connectivity issue. So They were right.

Havnt been able to play for a week , was able to go online yesterday for 5 min or so that was it.

Kind of wondering Why the F EA dont go out and say there is a problem instead of wasting peoples time trying to fix what aint broke on their end

im guessing that a tweet is to time consuming compared to the singular user trying to fix the game.

    Hello there,

I am sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with connectivity in general. There are a lot of reasons that could hypothetically lead to the fact that you cannot establish an online connection on BF1.

As @AlexzZz977 pointed out, a transfer of a console persona from one EA account to another is not recommended at the moment, if BF1 has been played on this account. Same goes for deletion of an EA account where a console persona is linked. There is no ETA for a resolution at the moment, but be assured that it is investigated and the team is making progress.

As for @SonoHooga@koray140 and @SimmonsTheMad33, I would recommend contacting an EA Advisor via chat or phone since it seems your issues might be account related and therefore can not be resolved in the forums.

  • @EA_Joker Thanks for the suggestion, forgot all about EA Help. Got hold of an advisor and my issue was indeed related to my account.

    Hey @AlexzZz977,

I was just made aware that this issue should have been resolved. I am referring to the issue where you could not play multiplayer on BF 1 after a console persona transfer.

Could you please try to play a round on multiplayer and see if that works for you?

    Cheers

I'm sorry if I haven't answered  before: I'm reading your message just now... Yes,  I'm able to play BF1 multiplayer now, even if I created a new EA account about 2 months ago. However my new EA account has the same e-mail and password of my old one and my Xbox gamertag. Anyway I was still able to play other EA games by using my new EA account while BF1 was having connection issues.
