I can't start Battlefield 1

I can't start Bf1, I've tried everything and on top I can't reach out to EA support

hi, I tried to play bf1 from one of my friend's account and it started, I played a match 3 days ago from my account and since then I can't launch the game what is this? How can I reach out to EA support?
