I can't take the hidden dog tag from Giants Of Karelia

    Hello, since i heard about these hidden dog tags in the Final Stand expansion in Battlefield 4 on PS4, i tried to find them having absolutely no luck at the last one from Giants Of Karelia map. 

    I found the dog tag 3 times now and every time i try to interact with it no button option is available nor on the screen. What i can only do is to open the box, nothing else.

    This issue I've only experienced on this map, having on the others no problem at all taking them.

    My console works fine and so does the game. First time i found the dog tag i couldn't take it so i believed it was a network error or something like that, but after 2-3 months i gave it again a try but the result was the same. Under 'My Soldier' in the 'Dog Tags' section i can see the 3 phantom dog tags as unlocked and the forth one as locked and 'last taken from' ×1.
