I can't use shot kit

I have bought the premium short kit pass to unlock all guns of base game.... However when I join any dlc map, the base guns become unavailable for me. I have rank 4 in medic in battlefield 1 but I cannot use level 3 guns. I cannot play the game as I have all my guns locked
