When I listen to the morse code, the color is red and not cyan. I also tried to wait for the pigeon again but one never comes. I spent around 8 hours attempting this and I want help to make sure that I am given what I worked for. What can I do to try to get my medal.

If the color is cyan or red, then you completed the morse code part. As for the pigeon, it takes exactly 2 minutes to show up and it will come to you from the left side.
