Honestly though, you know, we can't do a single thing about these people here. Firstly, we don't have any power to do that (it's a player-based tech support forum) and secondly, even if someone with these powers was here, he wouldn't be able to do anything without strong proof that the ban was breaking the Terms of Service or Rules of Conduct. Without that proof it's just word against word and in that case admin's behavior is treated as allowed until proved otherwise. Basically, the only two things you can do are:
1) Appealing to them (I did a bit of searching and found the server giving ban messages like this; their appeal page seems to work for me...)
2) Reporting the admin who banned you, just like you would report a cheater (still, you need proof)
Also, after a bit of a search, I found what R08:S2 means (for that community, as it wasn't reall tough to figure out who did it): it simply means that you were banned, and to appeal at their site...
I can't even really comment on the whole situation properly on a personal level, as the whole case looks really confusing from where I'm standing (my opinion wouldn't change anything anyway)... basically, it looks like one of these cases where the only remedy will be to avoid these people in the future.

is kinda hard to appeal a ban when the admin has banned ones IP as well. unless someone like myself stumble upon other layers of the web and the web browsers that these layers use ...
I did ask them using the certain program (not mentioning what the program is). what I would like to know is does this ban placement fall under any fraud related issues in regards to sending them money for supporting their server only to be banned and not being able to access a certain specified web site to appeal a ban?
I am unable to find out what it means, a friend in my friends list cannot find out what it means. what does it mean?

I honestly don't think that it can be qualified as a fraud, as there is no hard evidence that would qualify it as such - once again, it would be a word vs word situation (where admin could simply say that you broke some rules imposed by the clan - your donation would've been a non-factor and timing would be considered as a simple coincidence). If it happened in the exact same way to many people who donated... then perhaps it might have been possible to find proof, although I still find it quite unlikely (plus, honestly, this kind of approach would make absolutely zero sense for that clan).
About IP ban preventing you from appealing, you could even ask that friend of yours to create an account there and submit an appeal in your stead.

the is so much *!, so clan's are now allowed to accept money from people only to ban them without giving a reason for the ban or providing a link to an unwritten rule('s).without the worry of any repercussions. thats freakin awesome, NOT
at least the other clan I was offered to give me a full refund even though I didn't ask nor want the money back
there's that proof thing again. you mentioned in a previous statement "no proof"
EA and DICE make up ToS's, and RoC's so that they may be followed by who? the gamers, the administrators, both, or fictitious non living beings somewhere off in lala land ???
as for having a friend contact them about appealing a ban, why would I do that? I did make up a video of NOT being able to login, nor access the ban appeal's web link ...
