I downloaded bad company 2 from xbox for xbox.

Second time ive had a problem with ea,and the never fix it,,i need that code ,and I dont kno how to get it plz help,,how do I get the vip code,my game pops up windows. That says :becuz I bought the game im eligible for the free downloads,but I didnt get a vip code ,cuz I dont own the disc,i downloaded the game,plz help find a way to reteive the vip code
