I got bf4 7 day trial and can´t join any server

every time i try to join a server it loads for 2-3 minutes ant then Error Information you have lost connection to the session

test range and campaing run just fine, also i can join empty servers of 0-3 people and when there is enough people to play it kicks me out and shows the error popup

i followed the instructions on connectivity issues about opening ports and did them and i still can´t connect

also reinstalled punkbuster

maybe it is because its a trial version but im preety sure i should be able to play multiplayer. besides i was looking forward to buying the game

i saw a post on reddit about this same issue but did not have any answers
