i have a problem :cant connect to ea servers

I played for 3 days in battlefield 1 After that, I got an error :cant connect to ea servers Help please  platform: pc os: windows 10
battlefield 1

    Hi @dnarinski,

    Get a copy of the game or do another month of Origin access to test this out, or get a friend to come over that owns the game on PC and they can test your internet.

Hi @EA_Atic we can make a live chat or something like that because we are chatting 2 weeks and we not make what need because it take many time to i see what you write and you see what i write

Hey @dnarinski Sorry I don't have any live chat that you can use to reach me. That would be EA support that you need to contact for.

I'm trying to think on what more you can do to try to solve it. You have the same issue with Forza 3, It does sound like its an issue with your ISP os a program blocking you on your PC.  

Try to use Ccleaner and Clean-boot the PC to see if there any programs that are messing with you also shut down your anti-virus and then try.

    Hey thanks for so fast answered I think its a router because when I change company of internet forza start working at online if i reset a router its cen help ? Or I need to call to company of internet and if yes what say to them

    If what in my country when you buy a internet a company give router for this internet

    Hey, @dnarinski If you notice with a change of router then definitely try a factory reset it and see if that changes anything. 

    What you can say to your ISP is what issue you have with what games and tell them what you have done.

    Hello, @EA_Atic i called to isp and they said to need change a router but
    I dont want and i think not need because they said its because 2 device connect with cable to router and this router bad and she shares to halve a internet speed and i think they thought I have low ping and because its not work

    Hi I do not need to help already. but you so help me not only at this problem and with to learn English its be like practice

    hi after meny times @EA_Atic im moved to a new apartment and i want to try if BF1 online work and my origin access is end how i can check
    if bf1 online work.

    hi@Ea_Atic im try to play but not work ): ,i can do all what you say and if this have a risk and something like this, i dont have nophing important at my pc and i not have a problem to make factory reset please Help
