I have been banned from Battlfield 1 Steam game

Hi @blaster3578,

Can you share a bit more? How to appeal it will depend on the following:

What error message popped up? Can you upload a screenshot please?
Can you access the steam forums?
Are you banned from using Battlefield? Or can you open the game but not a specific game mode?

Hi there @EA_Lanna , thanks for replying this fast first of all.
I've received an email, not longer after I tried to play with the game. Here the screenshot who say it all.
I can't play the game when I just get in the main menu, so yes, no access to specific game mode.
I have acces to the Steam Forums, I have just checked that.

  You violated some agreement, meaning, you hacked, mouthed off, swore, harassed players or admin.
  They won't tell you what it is for, because they don't discuss, hacking, cheating, omg, that must mean one thing.
  YOU HACKED.
  I bet you my brand new RTX 3090, EA, will not reverse any bans. EVER.
  It makes them look hypercritical.
  And I was talking about cheating, . So please don't ban me for talking about,
  what is the answer to the question.
