I have no option to download the Giant's Shadow map.

 The Origin app under extra content tab shows i have BF1 deluxe version, packs etc. and premier pass.  The game UI /store/ infers i do not have deluxe version ( (has $ to buy beside icon), the premie...

    I tried to join TDM US  GS map today (first time tried since last week) and loaded OK.  My issue is solved, not sure how though.  Well, game on...

Nothing in the sticky applies to my issue.  I had no problem updating BF1 Deluxe edition, I have restarted my PC and Repaired game.  I have no access to even attempt to download the Map.
