I have not normal registration why?

I have ping 29 in German server (pc) but do not have normal registration why?:catmad:

    ((((Hi @sashabi5

    At the moment Battlefield 4 has 30Hz tickrate.  You may receive the a bad hit registration. 

    Try to change server .))))

    This happen on all German servers but in USA fine.

    I changed my Internet provider and I see this problems too but less often.
