- It was on PS4. I tried restarting my PS4, restarting the Wi-Fi, uninstalling the game, checked for updates in both the game AND PlayStation. No result, sadly. It really is a pain.

I am really sorry for those troubles with Battlefield 1. Can you just double check, if you are playing with the same account? Your other progress, beside those items remains the same? Have you checked Companion app for those lost items? Keep us posted.

- Yep. Everything has been checked by myself. I got the app and checked. Still missing the skins. Know any solutions? I've seen alot of "contact EA customer care" but I tried that and I was directed here.
