I lost XP Bonus

Hi, first sorry for my english i'm french, so i try to expose my problem.

I've got problem of weapon unlock, i unlock one weapon for example and the next play's session i don't have my gun was unlocked, and i take an XP bonus x100 for an hour and i've got deconnected all the time so i lost my score and rewars and the time spend for nothing.

So please can i have a gift for my lost.
