I own Premium Pass but game says I don't

Have you bought the premium pass just recently?

You could try to reinstall your pass, but first please try to power cycle your Xbox.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I have fully power cycled my xbox one console.  I booted up and reopened BF1.  Once I log in and get the menu home screen I again DO see the PREMIUM PASS banner beneath the BF1 banner in the top right corner of the screen indicating my premium pass IS active.

However, as before, when I try to start any of the premium early access games from the 'In The Name Of The Tsar' content, a screen pops up telling me Premium Pass is required and I can hit Y to 'Get Premium Pass'

To answer your other question, I have had Premium Pass since around the first of the year.

Reinstalled Premium Pass and it is showing as active.  Thank you

1. When you did the installation of the premium pass did it show up like you were going to purchase it?
