    We can not sadly help you here with this problem and a dev probably wont be reaching out to you, sorry.

Well I was talking with an advisor and he told me to ask here I'm really frustrated at this point. There is no way to talk to a real developer?

    @Shayhh

    Sadly that was incorrect. No one can help you here with this problem. If you have your case number ID, send that to me and I will escalate it. As for devs, they dont grant tags over the forums sorry.
