Im 12 and I cant play my battlefield hardline cuz im too young

I play xbox360 and tried once and said I cant play cuz im to young then my parents agreed to the privacy policy and added it to my exceptions of games but it still said I cant play can I bypass this ...

@Militeryfreak and @Aspera-SuPeRaP on the EA Answer HQ we do not assist underage gamers in circumventing the age restrictions of games and the restrictions that console manufacturers and parents may put in place. I am locking this thread.
