I'm trying to file a grief report on another player and PSN told me to contact EA.

I called PSN and explained the issue because all of the options for "grief reporting" are not available anymore (both on the PS4 and the PSN website).  But the reason was that another player was violating the terms of service outlined by the Playstation Network by using a glitch in a game to attain an advantage during online play.  The player would hop on his MAV during a game of team deathmatch on the map "Floods" and would fly himself to the highest building on the map and snipe people.  If you would like to review the gameplay, his screen name is [name removed].  The incident happened at 22:03 EST on the map Floods.  I would rather have called and spoke with someone over the phone but I could not find an option for it.
