same here I received a order notification from origin that says GOOD NEWS! The product you pre-ordered is now avalable for pre load. I followed the instructions to preload and the BF4 Icon and any sign of my purchase is gone, I pre ordered the game in fact I played the Beta now there is no sign of my purchase in my origin account, all I have are my emails with my reciept and order number. The is no immediate customer service to fix this glich, I am very disapointed with the Help Centers ability to satify their customers. Someone please contact me at [edit: email address removed] so I can have this issue resolved! I WILL NEVER PRE ORDER AGAIN WITH EA......!!!
