Basti, I had a similar problem on Xbox One last night where the in game store wasn't even "there" it was grayed out so I couldn't even look for China Rising. Have you had any other similar Xbox One reports?
That is a good question, we saw only a really small amount of players having issues with the Premium expansion on Xbone or Xbox 360. Anyway, if you have issues on your Microsoft console getting the expansion pack as a Premium owner, let us know! We can track this feedback and provide it to the studio.

- Also having issues with the XBone here with China Rising. Won't fully install. In Games & Apps menu, it's telling me "it wasn't formatted quite right." Store is also grayed out in my main menu in-game.

I am currently having an issue with the Premium expansion on my Xbox 360. When I go into the store from my Battlefield 4 main screen, there are two titles "Empty Name" where the China Rising download should be. When I select either one of these nothing happens. I have rebooted my Xbox several times with no luck coming from it.

Basti I spoke with Braddock via Twitter and he said to shut down the Xbone, restart, sign in and try again. I rebooted tonight when I got home and the store was accessible and I was able to donwload CR no problems.
I also started my PS3 and went to the in game store to the premium tab and was able to download CR on PS3 as well with no issues so it looks like the release day issues may have been solved. If that doesn't work go to the PSN store, do a search for Battlefield 4 addons and then CR should show up in the PSN Store to download.
I haven't tried my Xbox 360 download yet but if there are any issues I'll post any solutions that I find. My PC download last night went off without incident.
I am having problems on xbox 360. I am not a premium member but i purchaced the china rising dlc and am currently unable to play . I re-downloaded it but it still doesnt seem to work. help?
same issue for me, store is greyed out after buying premium and I can't download neither map pack
Wish I checked this thread earlier. First pre-order CR download never worked, but got it now, thanks.
Ok so I got CR to download. But now I cant join any CR server. Missing DLC. I can join the Air Superiority thought, but not the CTF. Tried every possible solution out there on the internet.
I pre ordered, paid more to download the packs sooner on dec the 3rd, now where in March 2014 and still no CR.
What the hell is this crap. And with every update the game freezes more and more.
BF is the only reason I bought a PS3 again. Playing BF since the beginning of times, I sure hate to see this crap going on on my alltime favourite game...
Since migrating my account to the One I have lost my expansion packs....is this when you lost urs and if so..did u manage to sort it?

Nope, Mine just happened from 2 months of not playing. Started on PS3, still on PS3. I think its the stupid expansions that are screwing it up for everyone. They are not doing a good QA job for the game on what happens when you download the next game update (ie: v1.09, v1.10).
I lost all of my boost too that I acquired before Feb (pre fan appreciation month). I lost my SLIMjim promo boost (which I had to pay for by buying SLIMjims). Which shoudl be illegal since I paid for it. And yet nobody at EA seems to be doing anything about getting the boosts back to people.
