well i did that and it didnt help, I am still betting black screen and boot after 20 seconds ... Last Premium I buy
Please keep in mind that only Premium Members are affected by this issue:
Battlefield 4 China Rising is available for all players to purchase and access beginning December 17th.
Battlefield 4 Premium Members, however, have the chance to jump in as soon as December 3rd, thanks to the early-access perk included as a part of Battlefield 4 Premium.
Furthermore, this topic is only related to missing China Rising on your Account, not to any kind of freezing, crash or other issues.
We know that some players still have not access and we are working on this. I am very sorry for the delay.
Could you guys name us your exact platform (PC, PS3/4 etc) and when you bought Premium?

SOLUTION FOR MISSING CHINA RISING EXPANSION ON PC:

Conclusion: Create the values manually on regedit (folder Xpack1 with value Installed = True) and play the expansion.http://i.imgur.com/MphDRPa.jpg
You may need to restart your computer, but I did not need.

This worked perfectly
My story: I bought BF4 standard, then bought premium about the 10th Dec. Like a few people, I was getting the "Purchase DLC China Rising to play" message.
China Rising was listed in Origin client, Downloaded and installed without issue.
When looking in the registry, I had none of the sub-keys except InstallOptSelect, so I simply added them all as shown in the pic from the above linked post
Signed out of both Origin and Battlelog.
Signed back in, and straight into China Rising. NO rebooting was needed (for me at least)
Mods, this info should be plastered everywhere :D

Preorder people and those that separately buy the China Rising DLC get the game from 17th December.
Go to Origin, 'MY GAMES', right click Battlefield4 and select 'SHOW GAME DETAILS'. Down at expansions does China Rising show up? Hover your mouse over it and it should give release date time.

Yes i bought the premium and i have the premium paper inside the box with the CD
And written on the box includes china rising expansion pack and the code inside
- Don't have the early option menu item on my xbox 360. The other premiim perks are working like the battle packs,
- I live in Europe and I bought Battlefield 4 PREMIUM for PS3, The game runs fine with the premium issues game but when I introduced the code redeem of the China Rising for premium pack, it says the code has expired or is incorrect.
I want to tell you that unfortunately, I tried also to introduce this code before 3 december and it says the code is not exist.

- I have an Xbox 360 and I am a premium member and I still can't download China rising. I have downloaded it separately from the market place, and I still can't find it anywhere on my console. How do I get access to China rising?! I have spent over 60 bux, and I have no DLC to show for it... Can someone please help me with this issue?
