Impossible to change launch options for EA launcher

So I played BF4 a couple of months ago, launching it from the Origins launcher, and it worked just fine.  For a couple of reasons I uninstalled both Origins and the games on it, but when I came back...

Yeah the EA App is a mess and there is no need for the Application....

I hate it and had many problems with signing in or out.

Origin was and is better.
