in the game battlefield bad Company 2 i can not enter multiplayer/online-Feature

What's the deal with Battlefield Bad company 2?   it seems a lot of online players (paid/paying customers) can't get on the game for the past few days now. when is this issue going to get fixed?   also, I hope EA is not trying to revamp the game and  "make it better" the game is perfect as is if anything I would suggest instead of fixing something that's not broken for EA to add new map packs to the game for both XBOX 360/XBOX ONE, etc. I'm pretty sure their's a lot of paying customers who will agree with this post. BC2 has been and still is one of the most played games out in years. why screw with it.
