Incorrect username or password.
Almost everytime I try to log into battlelog using Chrome browser it says my username or password is incorrect even though I never changed it and the last time I logged in I checked the "remember me"...

You specifically mentioned chrome, does this happen with other browsers too? I think Aspera is correct, be sure to try updating the password as Aspera stated as well.
