Challenge: can you beat my Ping?

situation: worse

- Platform PC

- Server Region: Europe

- Country: Austria

- ISP: 3/Hutchinson

- Game mode: Conquest

- Map: all

- Average Ping: 250 (highest: 3100!) see attached

- Warning Symbol appearing on screen 

 severe: Packet loss, High Latency, Latency Variation

- Extra Info: 

very high Ping only since TSAR update
