[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. Loading a new multiplayer match.
  2. After the graphic screen loads with the blinking white cursor is where it freezes on me.
  3. Xbox 360 slim with 250 hd.
  4. Disk installed to hd.
  5. Texture pack installed to hd.
  6. Update installed.
  7. Seems to occur when I first load the game and about an hour after playing.
  8. Game / system has froze 6 times in the last 3 days of playing.

    1. Yes, loading a new multiplayer match in all maps and modes.
    2. After the graphic screen loads with the blinking white cursor is where it freezes on me.
    3. Xbox 360 slim with 250 hd.
    4. Disk installed to hd.
    5. Texture pack installed to hd.
    6. Update installed.
    7. Also, when i try to play with the Recon Class all the texture goes wrong.
    8. Game / system has froze for me and for all of my friends all times after the last update, multiplayer 8
    9. We need to know when will be possible play the game again, 1 week, 2 weeks or never more because everytime the things goes more ugly.

    This is exactly what is happening to me also. It has however froze after i have deployed and has happened with all classes of weapons. Its kinda of odd that 2 weeks ago and prior i had 0 issues but then all of a sudden this happens.
