[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

1. Just finished a match. Looking at debrief.
2. loading screen for new map.
3. xbox 360 slim
4. unable to select class as it was the loading screen.
5. it was loading for hainan resort on rush. it has happened twice for the same map on the first loading in a rush attsck/defend rotation
