5.When I changed my FIELD UPGRADES from Indirect Fire to Shadow on my Playstation 3 it immediately stopped crashing.
Edit (via EANils): Highlighting this post as a solution for the PS3, thank you very much for documenting this. We are still investigating this issue, but in the meantime, if you are on the PS3 please do not select "Indirect Fire" as your FIELD UPGRADE.
Edit 2: No longer marked as solution due to remaining issues with the Xbox and other reported instances of crashing on PS 3.

xbox 360 player, slim 320 gb hdd, I have NOT ONCE YET EVEN TOUCHED the support class nor customized any aspect of it, I have however tried the solution of installing both discs, deleting the updates and clearing the cache, all multiple times with the same result, THE GAME KEEPS FREEZING, especially on dawnbreaker and resort maps. Some real answers are expected seeing as how all of us have paid you for a product which you have failed to deliver and are so reluctant to get real answers out there. Why have any social media accounts if you will not respond to your customers...
the xbox 360 version is not fixed for me also. Did all the reinstalls, clear cashe 3x in a row to make sure.
The patch better come soon! Never had these issues with any other DICE game why now?
