[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

Have an xbox slim 250gb

crashes during game when to many explosions are going off at the same time some other times nothing is going on and freezes doesn't matter class seems to happen more frequently after 8pm/est. 

when trying to join hardcore games can't get off starting screen 

also has started happening in the campaign 

haven't tried your suggestion will try it just sharing my experience
